Ingredients: 1 cup of unbleached our; 1 cup of instant wholegrain hot cereal (such as Coach’s Oats); 2 teaspoons baking powder; 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon; 3⁄4 cup of sugar; 1⁄2 cup of apple-sauce; 1⁄2 cup of non-fat vanilla- flavored Greek-style yogurt; 1 egg; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; 2 cups of blueberries.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).Spray 12 mu n cups with cooking spray or use paper liners.
Then, mix our, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Stir sugar, apple- sauce, egg, yogurt, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl.
Then, Stir our mixture into applesauce mixture until just combined.
Lastly, fold the blueberries into batter. Fill prepared muffin cups 2⁄3 full with batter.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Then, enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 pint of softened vanilla ice cream; 2 pints of softened strawberry ice cream; 2 pints of softened chocolate ice cream; yellow cake mix; 4 egg whites; 1 cup of sugar; 1 tsp of cream of tartar; 1 tsp of vanilla
Directions: first, take a big bowl and wrap the inside with plastic wrap. Then, spread the vanilla ice-cream on the plastic wrap and freeze the bowl until ice-cream is solid.
After, take out the bowl from freezer and place strawberry ice- cream on top of the vanilla, spread the ice cream, and freeze again. Repeat the previous step with chocolate ice-cream.
Place the bowl of ice-creams aside. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to box, and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
Place 4 egg whites in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add sugar and cream of tartar, stir until foamy. Add vanilla while using an electric mixer until the mixture looks like whipped cream.
Finally, place the ice-cream trio on top of the slab of cake. Remove the plastic wrap and coat the body with whipped cream. For an added air, torch the whipped cream for an elegant finish (optional).
